Coastal Harmony Engineering is led by a California Professional Civil Engineer (PE) with over a decade of experience in coastal, hydrology, and environmental engineering. The firm brings specialized expertise in coastal resilience, restoration, hydrology, and regulatory compliance and is pending certifications as a Woman-Owned Small Business WOSB and Women-Owned Business WBE with WBENC. Coastal Harmony Engineering is an active contributor within California’s coastal and watershed professional community.
